Lindsey Brown serves as Director of Corporate Services at BTS Software Solutions, where she leads the company’s human resources and corporate operations functions, ensuring effective employee support, policy implementation, benefits administration, and organizational compliance. Prior to joining BTS, Lindsey held human resources roles with the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Air Force, and the U.S. Space Force, supporting personnel programs, recruitment processes, and workforce operations in both domestic and international environments. A SHRM-Certified Professional, she holds a Bachelor of Individualized Studies in Business Management from New Mexico State University.
