Aislinn Blazejak serves as Chief Financial Officer of BTS Software Solutions, bringing more than a decade of financial leadership experience across government contracting, public accounting, and high-growth organizations. 

Prior to joining BTS, Aislinn held multiple senior finance leadership roles at iNovex Information Systems (now RealmOne), where she progressed from Accountant to Controller, Vice President of Finance, and ultimately Chief Financial Officer. During her tenure, she helped guide the company through a period of significant growth and supported the organization’s successful private equity investment. Aislinn led financial due diligence, purchase accounting, working capital calculations, and ongoing board-level reporting, providing the financial rigor needed to scale into the middle market.

Aislinn has extensive experience in government contracting, including DCAA compliance, incurred cost submissions, provisional billing rates, CAS disclosure statements, and contract pricing support. She has partnered closely with operations and program leadership to manage project financial performance, ensure liquidity, and support major contract wins. She also led finance and HR organizations through the transition from small to large business under SBA and NAICS classifications.

Earlier in her career, Aislinn was a Senior Audit Associate at KPMG, where she led audit teams, served as primary client contact, and supported complex engagements including IPO readiness and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Her foundation in public accounting brings strong governance, risk management, and analytical rigor to BTS’s financial operations.

At BTS, Aislinn focuses on building scalable financial infrastructure, supporting strategic growth initiatives, and ensuring the company remains a strong, compliant, and trusted partner to its customers. She plays a key role in aligning financial strategy with mission execution—enabling BTS to grow responsibly while continuing to invest in its people, capabilities, and long-term vision.

Aislinn holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Information Systems from Salisbury University, graduating summa cum laude, and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Maryland.
