MiniGolf4Good 2025: Five Years of Fun, Focus, and Funding Live-Saving Therapy

If you scroll through the IC4 website or check out our YouTube recaps, you’ll see five years’ worth of smiles, swings, trophies, and purpose-driven chaos. The #MiniGolf4Good tournament started as an unconventional idea—an IC community fundraiser that could mix a day full of fun with something far more important: real, life-changing impact. This year, we celebrated the 5th annual tournament, and it just might have been our best one yet.

2025 Tournament: By the Numbers

  • 330 attendees
  • 40+ volunteers
  • 92 Sponsors
  • 4 Skydivers and 1 epic landing
  • 1 mechanical bull
  • 1 dunk tank
  • 4 frozen margarita options

And most importantly, $150,000+ raised for The Headstrong Project. That’s over 1000 free sessions for those in need!

What makes this event different isn’t just the quirky mini golf holes, mechanical bull antics, or the heat (though 94 degrees didn’t stop anyone from teeing off). It’s the community. Many of our sponsors, players, and vendors have come back three, four, even five years in a row to this one-of-a-kind event. That kind of commitment speaks volumes—not just about the event itself, but about the cause behind it.

The funds we raised this year will go directly to no-cost, confidential mental health care for veterans, contractors, and their families. That means more than 1,000 sessions—real treatment, for real people in our community. When we say #MiniGolf4Good is fun with a purpose, we mean it.

As always, the most meaningful part of the day came during the Headstrong message and stories from our living heroes- those that have received life-saving treatment and now share their journey with others. Each year, IC4 honors a veteran whose story reminds us why we do this. These aren’t just names or photos—they are people who served, who struggled, and who found support. This year, we heard from Lt. Commander (RET) Wil Whiteman who shared his own story battling the invisible wounds of war, reminding us all that the mission for accessible care doesn’t end when our soldiers return home. It’s often just beginning.

See you next year—same time, same mission.
