Tom Bohne, SVP

Tom Bohne serves as Senior Vice President at BTS Software Solutions, where he focuses on building strong partnerships, strengthening internal collaboration, and supporting the people who drive mission success. A business leader with more than 15 years of executive experience across SVP, EVP, and C-suite roles, Thomas is known for his people-first leadership philosophy and his belief that making individuals feel valued is the foundation of lasting organizational success. An Army combat veteran, he also holds a master’s degree in Marketing from Johns Hopkins University and is a classically trained chef from Johnson & Wales University. In addition to his work at BTS, Thomas is the founder and CEO of Kennel to Couch, a nonprofit dedicated to advocating for pit bull adoption and supporting shelters and families across the country.

Dave Nutty, VP of MPO Growth

David Nutty serves as Vice President of MPO Growth at BTS Software Solutions, where he focuses on expanding mission partnerships, shaping growth strategy, and aligning innovative capabilities with customer needs across the Maryland Procurement Office ecosystem. With more than a decade of leadership experience in program management and business development, David has supported a wide range of mission-focused efforts including enterprise IT development, acquisitions support, and the full lifecycle of SIGINT mission systems. Prior to joining BTS, he held leadership roles at Fuse Engineering, ASRC Federal Vistronix, Praxis Engineering, TASC, and CSC. David is known for combining deep operational insight with a collaborative, customer-focused approach that helps organizations deliver agile, mission-driven solutions.

Alan Young, VP of Federal Growth

Alan Young serves as VP of Federal Growth at BTS, leveraging over 30 years of elite expertise to scale high-performance teams and mission-critical programs. A pioneer at the forefront of digital transformation, Alan architected the integration of Agentic AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to revolutionize government programs and business development operations. His career is defined by leading high-stakes initiatives for the Intelligence Community, DoD, and DISA, following senior leadership tenures at industry titans including Lockheed Martin, SAIC, and AT&T. A U.S. Army veteran with specialized training in Patriot Missile systems, Alan holds a B.S. in Management Computer Information Systems and maintains top-tier CISSP and C|CISO credentials.

Lindsey Brown, Director of Corporate Services

Lindsey Brown serves as Director of Corporate Services at BTS Software Solutions, where she leads the company’s human resources and corporate operations functions, ensuring effective employee support, policy implementation, benefits administration, and organizational compliance. Prior to joining BTS, Lindsey held human resources roles with the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Air Force, and the U.S. Space Force, supporting personnel programs, recruitment processes, and workforce operations in both domestic and international environments. A SHRM-Certified Professional, she holds a Bachelor of Individualized Studies in Business Management from New Mexico State University. Lindsey is passionate about helping people succeed at work and takes pride in building systems and solutions that support both employees and the mission.

Doug Himes, Director of MPO Operations

Doug Himes serves as Director of MPO Operations at BTS Software Solutions, where he supports mission execution, program operations, recruiting coordination, and growth initiatives for customers across the Maryland Procurement Office community. With more than four decades of experience spanning technical engineering, government service, and program leadership, Doug has supported enterprise mission systems and operational improvements throughout the intelligence and defense ecosystem. Prior to joining BTS, he held leadership roles at PCI Strategic Management and CyberPoint International, as well as a long career supporting Department of Defense organizations. Known for his persistence, collaborative leadership style, and commitment to people, Doug focuses on building strong teams and ensuring that mission priorities are met with discipline and reliability.

Michelle Bakeris, Director of Corporate Security

Michelle Bakeris serves as Director of Corporate Security at BTS Software Solutions, where she leads the company’s security program and advises leadership on policies, compliance, and security operations supporting mission-focused programs. With nearly three decades of experience across the defense and intelligence community ecosystem, Michelle has held security leadership roles with organizations including Raytheon, SERCO, Parsons, and PCI/BigBear.ai. Throughout her career she has managed comprehensive security programs spanning personnel, physical, and operational security while ensuring alignment with federal requirements and customer expectations. Michelle is widely recognized for building strong security cultures, guiding organizations through complex regulatory environments, and helping teams understand and navigate security processes with confidence.

Mimi French, Talent Acquisition Director and Workforce Lifecycle Manager

Mimi French serves as Talent Acquisition Director and Workforce Lifecycle Manager at BTS Software Solutions, where she leads strategic recruiting, workforce planning, and talent development initiatives supporting complex government programs. With more than three decades of experience in workforce development, program management, and operational process improvement, Mimi has held senior leadership roles across government and industry, including positions supporting the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community mission spaces. Known for building scalable workforce strategies and improving operational processes, she has successfully led large hiring initiatives, optimized program portfolios, and helped organizations align talent strategy with mission outcomes. Mimi holds a Master of Science in Organization and Management from Capella University and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Excelsior University

April Quinn, Director of Contracts

April Quinn serves as Director of Contracts, where she leads contract strategy, administration, and compliance across the company’s federal programs. With more than a decade of experience in government contracting, April brings expertise in the full contract lifecycle, from proposal development and negotiation through contract administration and risk management. With a career spanning government contracting, renewable energy, and operations management, April brings a versatile background and a strong reputation for adaptability, attention to detail, and team collaboration. Prior to joining BTS, she held contracts and proposal leadership roles with Federal Data Systems and Force 3, supporting complex federal opportunities and managing the full contract lifecycle. Known for her people-first approach and positive energy, April focuses on building strong relationships, helping teams navigate complex requirements, and ensuring projects move forward smoothly and efficiently.
