BTS has been recognized as a 2026 Greater Washington Top Workplace by WTOP News, an honor based entirely on employee feedback gathered through a confidential third-party survey administered by Energage.

The annual Top Workplaces program recognizes organizations that foster exceptional workplace cultures where employees feel supported, valued, and empowered to succeed. This year, only 342 organizations across the Greater Washington region earned a place on the list.

What makes this recognition especially meaningful is its source. The award is based solely on feedback from BTS employees, who participated in the survey earlier this year and shared their experiences working across the organization.

The survey measures several key aspects of workplace culture, including whether employees feel respected and supported, enabled to grow, and empowered to execute. These themes closely align with BTS’s ongoing commitment to investing in its people while building a mission-focused environment where employees can thrive professionally and personally.
