BTS has officially achieved Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 following a successful third-party assessment conducted by a Certified Third-Party Assessment Organization (C3PAO).

This milestone reflects BTS’s commitment to protecting critical data supporting Department of War (DoW) missions with the level of security and discipline required in today’s environment.

CMMC Level 2 aligns with the security requirements outlined in NIST SP 800-171 and is designed for organizations that handle sensitive defense information. Achieving this certification requires the implementation and validation of 110 security practices across areas such as access control, incident response, system integrity, and risk management.

For BTS, this certification is not a one-time effort—it represents how the company operates every day.

The independent assessment by a C3PAO validates that BTS has the processes, controls, and accountability in place to safeguard sensitive data in accordance with DoD requirements. It also positions the company to continue supporting existing and future contracts that require verified cybersecurity maturity.
