Fifteen years. That’s a lot of ground covered.
When BTS began this journey in 2011, we didn’t know how steep the climb would get or how far it would take us.
We’ve celebrated incredible wins and weathered challenges that tested just about everything we had. Sometimes the path was clear. Other times, we had to find our footing as we went.
But through it all, we kept climbing. And we never climbed alone.
The People Who Got Us Here
BTS has always been about its people. Those who took chances on us, stuck around when things got hard, and brought their expertise to missions that mattered.
Some have been here almost since the beginning. Others are just getting started. Together, they’ve helped build a company that’s grown beyond what we could have ever imagined.
Our capabilities have expanded, our missions have grown more complex, and our team is stronger than ever.
That’s worth celebrating.
15 Years is a Lot of Stories.
Behind every milestone are stories that don’t always make it into the company history. The hard decisions. The close calls. The unexpected breakthroughs. The moments that shaped who we are.
Some are funny. Some are humbling. All are part of the fabric of what makes us BTS.
As part of our anniversary, we’re sharing 15 Stories for 15 Years, featuring the people who lived these moments and helped make BTS what it is today.
The View Ahead
Fifteen years changes your perspective.
We’ve learned when to push harder, when to rethink the route, and how much the right people matter.
Today, BTS is taking on bigger missions, building deeper technical capabilities, and pursuing opportunities that once seemed out of reach.
But reaching this point doesn’t mean we’ve arrived.
Far from it.
The Next 15 Starts Here
We’re proud of how far we’ve come. And sure, we’ll take a moment to enjoy the view.
But we’re not planting a flag and calling it done.
The next chapter will demand bigger thinking, greater ambition, and a willingness to take on challenges we haven’t faced before.
That’s exciting. A little uncomfortable, too. Good. That’s what growth feels like.
To our employees, past and present, and to the customers and partners who’ve trusted us along the way: Thank you for being part of this journey.
There’s plenty of mountain left to climb.
15 years. The Next Level starts now.
