That’s why we actively participate in professional associations that advance collaboration, education, and mission-focused solutions across defense, intelligence, and industry.

AFCEA (Armed Forces Communications & Electronics Association)

AFCEA connects military, government, industry, and academia to advance information technology, communications, and electronics capabilities. Our membership supports knowledge-sharing and innovation in support of global security.

Fort Meade Alliance

As a member of the Fort Meade Alliance, we collaborate with regional leaders to support Fort Meade and its mission partners, while investing in workforce development, education, and community well-being.

Maryland Tech Council

MTC brings together life sciences and technology leaders to accelerate innovation, economic growth, and collaboration across Maryland. The Tech Council’s partnership supports a shared vision to improve lives and secure the future through education, advocacy, and a strong entrepreneurial network.

NDIA (National Defense Industrial Association)

NDIA brings together government, industry, and academia to ensure a strong, resilient defense industrial base. Our involvement promotes best practices, technology innovation, and defense readiness.

AUSA (Association of the United States Army)

BTS supports AUSA’s mission to advocate for the U.S. Army and provide a platform for professional development and connection between Army personnel and industry partners.

INCOSE (International Council on Systems Engineering)

INCOSE connects systems engineering professionals across disciplines to advance global best practices in complex system design and integration. Membership supports continuous learning, collaboration, and leadership in systems thinking to solve tomorrow’s toughest technical challenges.

INSA (Intelligence and National Security Alliance)

INSA fosters public-private partnerships to advance intelligence and national security priorities. Our affiliation ensures we remain connected to key policy and technology discussions shaping the future of the IC.

Cybersecurity Association

The Cybersecurity Association unites stakeholders across the public and private sectors to strengthen the nation’s cybersecurity ecosystem. Through advocacy, connections, and workforce development, CA’s mission is to support the growth of Maryland’s cybersecurity industry and talent pipeline, and beyond.

GSOF (Global Special Operations Forces)

Through GSOF, BTS joins a worldwide community focused on supporting Special Operations Forces through education, collaboration, and innovation—aligning with our commitment to those at the tip of the spear.

Intelligence Community Civilians and Contractors for Charity (IC4)

Founded by BTS and its industry partners, IC4 unites the GovCon and intelligence communities to raise awareness and support for PTSD treatment among both uniformed and contractor personnel. Through events like MiniGolf4Good, BTS helps champion the mission of The Headstrong Project to deliver life-saving mental health care to IC veterans, contractors, and their families.

TF-7294 Foundation

The TF-7294 Foundation honors the 7,294 days between 9/11 and the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan, standing in support of the intelligence professionals who served throughout that era. BTS aligns with TF-7294’s mission to help, heal, and build lasting communities for those who’ve dedicated their lives to national security.

Headstrong

The Headstrong Project is a non-profit mental health organization dedicated to providing confidential, barrier-free, and stigma-free PTSD treatment to veterans, service members, contractors, and their families. With a mission to help individuals “Triumph Over Trauma,” Headstrong partners with a nationwide network of trauma-informed clinicians to deliver individualized, evidence-based outpatient care that supports long-term mental wellness and recovery.

TEDCO

TEDCO (Maryland Technology Development Corporation) is an independent instrumentality of the State of Maryland, established by the Maryland General Assembly in 1998, to facilitate the creation of businesses and support their growth in all regions of the State. TEDCO’s role is to be Maryland’s leading source of funding for early-stage, technology-based businesses; to provide other business assistance to entrepreneurs throughout the State; and to foster technology transfer and commercialization from the State’s universities and Federal labs. TEDCO is leading innovation to market in Maryland and contributing to a robust entrepreneurial ecosystem in the State through its various programs and funds.

Women in Defense (WID)

Women in Defense (WID) promotes diversity in national security by empowering current professionals and encouraging future leaders. With 22 chapters nationwide, including the active Greater Tampa Bay Chapter, WID connects members from industry, government, and the military through impactful programming, networking, and professional development.
